Statement on the Recent Developments in Palestine
Statement by Palestine House of Freedom November 19, 2025
Recent developments in Palestine.
The Israeli Knesset discussion and vote on a bill to impose a mandatory death penalty for Palestinians found guilty of killing Israelis. This will not be imposed on Israelis who kill Palestinians or Israelis killing one another, or Palestinians killing Palestinians:
We condemn this bill completely. It calls for mandating the death penalty for Palestinians only by a simple majority of judges and without the right to appeal. The Israeli military court is known to have close to 99% conviction rate. This latest draconian, anti-Palestinian bill adds one more element through which the Zionist apartheid state wants to “legalize” killing Palestinians.
This is happening while at the same time:
Palestinians are facing a cruel genocide in the Gaza concentration/Death camp.
Palestinians are subjected to killing and terrorism throughout the ghettos of what used to be the WB.
Palestinian communities of 1948 are being killed and terrorized from the Galilee in the north to the Naqab in the south.
UNSC vote to accept Trump plan for Gaza Concentration camp.
We state unequivocably that this plan is part and parcel of the anti-Palestinian, anti-liberation, Zionist plan for the destruction of Palestine and the annihilation of the Palestinian people.
The plan has no guarantees for the safety and security of the Palestinian people.
The plan has no clause to disarm the genocidal forces of the apartheid state.
The plan offers no solution to the radical, nationalistic, violent discourse within the apartheid government.
The plan completely ignores the right of the Palestinians in the Gaza concentration/death camp to return to their homes and their land throughout Palestine.
We therefore call on people of conscience around the world to do the following:
Demand that your governments act immediately to achieve the following:
Guarantees for the safety and security of the Palestinian people.
An immediate and unconditional end to the blockade of the Gaza concentration/death camp.
Immediate, unconditional, unlimited and unrestricted aid to Palestinians in the Gaza concentration/death camp.
Immediate steps to allow Palestinian refugees to return to their lands and rebuild their homes and communities.
Unconditional freedom of movement for Palestinians throughout all of Palestine.
To stop the genocide, we must end apartheid.
